Just before I gave a shot to their egg tarts, this bakery offers a really satisfying mix of both Chinese and Western treats
Love this little Bakery, I came across it once and now ill make the 1 hr plus drive once a month for my Cheat Day 😀 its become a Favorite 😍
Got some butter cookies were so good not stupid sweet and super light texture. 10/10 would recommend!
The cakes are delicious. This is my go to Bakery for Birthday cakes.
Famous bakery in town. Everything is so authentic and delicious. High recommend if you are coming to China town in DTLA.
Excellent. Angel cake is our must go to. Fresh fruit for the exception of peaches . Maggie is very helpful and considerate of budget . Returning clients . Delicious pastry
The egg tarts were exactly what I was looking for, a nice balance of sweet and savory. Also tried one of their cream pufs, and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely be returning to explore more of what they offer,
Great little bakery in Chinatown, I got a taro bun and a Thai milk tea, both are great my order was out super fast and omg this taro bread is so good
Very reasonably priced pastries. $2 packs of almond cookies. The cakes looked delicious 🤤

Almond cookies and the rice puffs are the best. Brings back childhood memories.
My family has been ordering from this bakery for generations. It’s super delicious and bread is moist and velvety soft. Absolutely one of the best bakeries in town. Highly recommend. Extra info: parking is provided at Cathy’s Bank via validation, located across the street from bakery. Just let the bakery know you need validation and they provide for a few mins to an hour I believe.
The pastery are something I ate since I was young, and I still would get it from there. My personally favorite from that place is the rasin bread, not everyones pick but is mine.

I wasn't expecting it at all, but I was surprised at how delicious it was. I bought red beans pastry, almond cookies, and rice puffs. All for only $6. There is no unpleasant sweetness at all, just a soft and gentle sweetness that spreads in your mouth, and the cookie has a texture that melts in your mouth rather than being crunchy. The red bean paste is not sweet at all and has a refreshing taste, and the pie crust is crispy. The puffs have a crunchy yet chewy texture, and the gentle sweetness of the coconut is delicious! ! It's really delicious! ! ! ! ! I will definitely come again. I was impressed for the first time in a while. Lately, I've been fed up with all the sugar-filled bakeries, so I'm really grateful to have old-fashioned shops like this. It doesn't seem to contain any preservatives or additives.
