Josh really cares about his coffee! Truly a hole in the wall experience, but there are a few tables nearby. Go here for the best coffee in Pico-Robertson

Some of the best espresso I've had during my LA visit! This is a no-frills spot for to go coffee, with small street-side tables as a seating option. The owner's passion for coffee really shows - you can tell he pays meticulous attention to every shot he pulls.
It's a fantastic place for a cortado, cappuccino, or latte. The espresso itself is dark and rich, with a careful balance that makes every sip delicious. If you want quality coffee without the fuss, this is your spot!
Quick and amazing coffee! Thanks!

Stale and over roasted coffee. Ordered oat lattes iced and hot and both were undrinkable, some of the worst I’ve ever tasted. Beware of the positive reviews!
The best flat white i’ve had in the city so far. Perfect balance between milk and espresso, and beautiful latte art to top it off. Quaint with no indoor seating, but who needs that in LA?

A proper cafe. The best and most consistent flat white I’ve had in this area of town. $5 which is an appropriate amount for a well crafted drink, beans and milk texture are always on point. I would be here everyday if not for working in coffee and being away for their hours of operation.
The owner is genuine and knows exactly what he’s doing. Kind of an inspiration for people who want to open a coffee shop but can’t afford the overhead of a typical American cafe.
You won’t find outlets, nor AC. But there’s some tables and chairs for a date or to catch up with friends in a comfortable setting.
Always a shame that you find great hidden gems when you’re about to move. But when I’m back in this area of town I know where I’m going

Seriously good coffee, prepared in the more careful, labor intensive style common amongst home espresso enthusiasts but still rare in cafés. A worthwhile visit if you're in the area for anyone who cares about their coffee.

Hole in the wall place with two super nice staff so the prices are also decent.
