We had a wonderful experience for lunch for two! They had a lunch special which was a sampler platter and every single thing on it was amazing. We were in heaven! It was the best meal of our trip! We also had a delicious piece of mango cake for dessert. Our server was very friendly and took great care of us, and we were seated by the window which was lovely. By the way, we are not vegans! This place is not just for vegans. Seemed like a family business too, very sweet people and we felt good about choosing them. We can’t wait to go again!

Rahel's Vegan Cuisine is a foodie dream. This authentic Ethiopian restaurant in Little Ethiopian has an incredible daily lunch buffet as well as out of this world Vegan Dulet. Their injera bread is delicious and is available in gluten-free like many of their dishes, including desserts. Fresh beverages from coffee to juice. Great inviting layout, service, and decor. It feels like home at your Auntie's house, and everyone is invited.

Delightful experience: family-friendly, tasty, and naturally vegan and gluten-free! Strong coffee and fun desserts, too!

An old favorite of mine, Rahel has been here for many years; I've eaten here dozens of times. They serve all the traditional Ethiopian dishes that are vegan, and they are consistently exquisite. Chill atmosphere, typically with Ethiopian music playing, not too loud. The owners and employees here are always wonderful. It's always clean and good vibes. Great buffet for lunch on weekends. They have some traditional Ethiopian drinks, which I haven't found at other Ethiopian restaurants - my favorite is suff, a sunflower seed beverage. My friend loved the pineapple wine on our most recent visit. They have teff based injerra available, but I usually just have the regular (wheat) variety that is more ubiquitous in the US.

Come hungry! (Or even better, with a group to share) The food was delicious and plentiful. Loved the Vegan Feast. We also ordered and loved the tons and samussa appetizer. Everything was flavorful and so good. Service was also great. Can’t wait to return!

I would love to eat here but I'm on a strict no sodium, so dairy and no sugar diet.

a charming little place with such sweet service! we ordered the feast plate for 1 (but was enough for two) with sambussas. the injera was realllly good and some of the curries/veg were flavorful but other ones felt slightly bland, but with some chutney and pepper it was better. would definitely recommend this food if feeling sick or down, this is perfect home food with less spices and oil. but the sambussa was the star of the show! it was soooo good and crispy! also the bathroom is cute!

If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would. The service was great and the food was amazing.
