I didn’t actually have ramen, but the poke salmon bowl was very fresh (albeit not super seasoned). The restaurant is in a nice area with a cheap parking structure nearby, as well as a calm ambiance!
My youngest daughter loves cooking ramen at home and I needed her to know what Little Tokyo and the soups at this location are about.
My family loved the welcoming from the staff. We were able to be seated immediately. We placed our order and while discussing the restaurant our plates were soon at the table. Not boiling hot but definitely not cold!

The atmosphere and service are excellent! Unfortunately the food was just okay. Lacking flavor, I got the spicy quartz and my girlfriend got the standard quartz.
The chicken in the ramen itself was pretty tasteful. Had a hint of sweetness.
The chicken karage was excellent.
Overall it was okay. We'll continue to try the other ramen places on the same street.
Total for 2 ramen and 1 karage was $44. Not too bad.
