This place is great if you want a lighter broth ramen. There's outdoor and indoor seating with a wait-list for you to sign up for. I got the Garnet miso ramen. I've had the shio and shit before and loved it. The broth is very flavorful and the cha siu is great and the noodles were soft and chewy.

My family loves this place. When my daughters fly home from Texas, this is the first place we go to. Two weeks ago we came. what! They changed the noddles. It broke our hearts. The broth is still good, but the noddles made it GREAT. That's what separated Rakkan from all the other ramen shop. That's the only reason I can't give it 5 stars. It was 6 starts before. We also noticed it's not as bussy as before. I guess maybe we are not the only ones who noticed...
