Starting off, i came in to be greeted by mean and bitter faces. The workers weren’t welcoming at all. My daughter ordered a banana raspado just for them to give us a vanilla one. When we spoke up about it the lady just said she heard vanilla instead of banana. Of course we said no and she heard wrong. The workers looked at each other then said they ran out of banana and thats it. Such bad service!

DO NOT ORDER THE FRESAS CON CREMA!!! Ordered the fresas con crema and they had a very sour smell to them. So naturally I went to ask for something else because that was obviously expired and they refused to exchange it for something else or give a refund because there was no manager and they claimed it tasted just fine. Horrible service. Never coming back.

Lady that works register and makes the bionicos is very rude, she doesn’t know what good customer service is she talks to you rude and when you ask her for a simple fork or spoon she tries charging you a dollar. Never coming here again!!!

Used to be good, now its all about money and the ice is all hard because they have it shave since who knows when. Wack now, I used to ask for an extra cup to split for my kids and now its $1.50 for a foam empty cup. For better raspados go to el Mercadito way better bigger cheaper. Finally i leanerd never come back here
