Very bad service, the employee in charge of the place was very arrogant. I asked her for an extra shaved nut. Obviously, she charged me extra and I couldn't find the nut anywhere. Two minutes after checking my shaved ice, I went to complain that I couldn't find the nut and very arrogantly told me that I alreadyI had eaten it. I think they should provide better service. I will not buy in this place again. It is worth mentioning that the employee who is in the other store in front of Target is very friendly.

The young lady who took my order was very rude and looked very annoyed with me.As for food - strawberries looked old already :( , esquite had a very bad taste since the cheese tasted pasadito. Y por último el limón que le pusieron en los tostilocos estába pasado.If you have a favorite spot, I say go to it and don’t try a new place…

Honestly I don’t know why people like this place so much. The employees are rude, and the service is horrible. I wasted around $5 on nachos that are premade. The cheese was cold so I asked the lady to please heat up my nachos hoping that the cheese would look warm and melted. When she handed it back to me, it looked worse than before. I don’t recommend buying from this place. Never coming back here again. They’re better off being shut down.
