I don't like to leave bad reviews but I have to because their host was very rude today. I was passing by and asked him if I can have a tour real quick of the karaoke rooms so I can check the place out to come with friends and he was so rude and said oh no it's only private parties you can't tour. You should know how to attract potential customers instead of dismissing them. At least be polite. DO BETTER HOSPITALITY 0

All I gotta say is: the 1 star reviews of this place are downright hilarious. What people don't understand is that this place is not your typical karaoke joint. Let's just call it a cultural entertainment establishment that isn't for everyone. Their target demographic is not the general public so I'm not surprised by the horror, offense, and misunderstanding reflected in the reviews. I've been here for a late dinner and what I can say is that their fruit is exceptional - like Farmers Market quality - and their cooked food is WAY better than you'd expect (check out their pizza). If you're looking for a place to have a wholesome karaoke night with your co-workers, I would suggest going elsewhere.
