As a fan of anything Ube, I was excited to try the Ube Mamon and Ube Flan Cake slice from Red Ribbon Bakeshop through Uber Eats. The delivery was prompt, and the packaging ensured the delicate cakes arrived in perfect condition.

The Ube Mamon was the first to be sampled, and it was a bit disappointing. The texture was incredibly light and fluffy, practically melting in my mouth, but the ube flavor was subtle and forgettable.

I have always came here since I was a child, always glad to buy empanadas and maybe a dessert. But on January 26 I came to buy two empanadas for my grandpa who is in rehab and doesn’t like the food there and wanted red ribbon instead. While my family has been stressed about my grandpa’s situation and that Red Ribbon is far from my house, I still went to get food to make my grandpa feel happier. When I walked in I said hi to the workers but one of them rolled her eyes at me!!...
