I grew up in the area and this Red Ribbon is still standing. I come here every so often and I’m always greeted so nicely and their empanadas are great. I even got some stuff for my boyfriend and his family to try.

Go to place for Filipino desserts. No dine-in, togo only. Food items shelf life are limited within days. Consume accordingly. Friendly staff.
