Delicious option for brunch in a former church with an open air dining room (that can be covered if needed). The short rib hash and bacon were great but the blueberry ricotta pancakes were epic (and enormous) - they may be as good as a pancakes can be. The French press coffee is ok but not memorable. Valet parking costs $15 and for brunch it's often hard to find nearby parking otherwise. Reservations are taken for brunch, lunch and dinner.

Came here for the '24 Derby party event. Beautiful, beautiful spot. Friendly service. And everything I ate was absolutely incredible. Not sure if this is how things are on a normal day but if so, I will definitely be back when in LA again.

Jayden at the bar made my birthday brunch! He was so kind and explained all the drinks he was making and took the time to tell us about the menu even though he was very busy. He is a great bartender and you can tell he takes pride in his work! The food was very good. We will be back.

The vibes can be a bit snooty, but the food makes up for it. Really delicious. Our server was good too.

Went to their Kentucky Derby party and it was SO much fun! A great selection of Southern themed foods, great bar selections, service, and wasn't too crowded so it was very enjoyable. Needed a little more seating, but we will definitely go again next year!

Attended the Kentucky Derby event. There were not enough tables and chairs for guests to sit. It was a sit down event with full size servings unfortunately nowhere to sit and eat. Kindly inquired about more seating, but the event staff got upset and shunned us the remainder of the event.

Redbird is always great. First of all, the physical spaces are gorgeous, as it is set in a beautiful old church facility. It is in the Little Japan area of the Arts District downtown, where buildings like this were built with stunning craftsmanship. The staff here are friendly and unpretentious. The drinks are great. The food is great. What more could one want?

The place is beautiful & the service is outstanding. The "bites" (there are only 3 items to choose from) available at Happy Hour are not very appealing - except the shrimp which at $18 for 2 shrimp is hardly a Happy Hour deal. You really should offer more items.

Amazing location and vibe but the food is meh. Love the cocktails and thinking they have some solid dishes but brunch was overrated. Very thoughtful staff and awesome private event space. Prices have just really increased lately

This was an amazing dining experience. The food was absolutely one of the best meals I've ever had. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and the open roof to see the sky really set the vibe. Top notch drinks and food perfected. 5/5 going again.

Some difficulty ordering as a person with gluten free and vegan dietary requirements, but otherwise it’s an excellent spot.

Excellent, tasty, well cooked food. Interesting menu with fusion cuisine and lots of choices. They cater for coeliac too and staff are well informed. Would recommend if you are in the area. The space is also pretty cool, in a relaxed glam vibe

This place has a different menu every night, so the menu on their site isn't what's available and it's the reason we went, so everything we planned to get wasn't available. The food was in tiny portions and nothing was memorable or worth a recommendation. We sat in a nearly empty restaurant and the service was sub par. I wouldn't go back.
