Thess was the BEST bartender I’ve ever had at an airport, and I’ve had many. Her energy, her service, attention to detail. Top notch. As a traveler making long hauls, you want to unwind and have a little fun from time to time.
She made my time at Terminal 1 fly by! Great playlist too. Go Thess!

Great service— Thess is very fun and so kind. I’d come back just because she is enjoying her job and her life. She also introduced travelers to travelers! She created an amazing atmosphere.

My flight was delayed for a few hours so I headed over to pass the time. The team here was amazing! They made every minute of my delay so much more enjoyable with their great attitudes and amazing singing! Thess was such a sweetheart. Looking forward to my next flight delay if this crew is working! Also, that pretzel was the cherry on top.

Terrible service, food served in take out bins, just unimpressed, especially considering I spent 40 dollars for a beer and a sandwich in a box. I feel like a 🤡

This place is hard one because it's obvious they aren't worried about the return customer- because it is the airport...duh.
But I asked to get a rag to clean the table off- they gave me a paper napkin with some water on it. It took almost 30 minutes to get me order in. Once we got the food it was good but the portions were really small.
