The bakery and brunch menu are delightful, with recommended items like omelette toasts and waffles with fruit and rice salad with eggs. The patio area provides a great atmosphere, and the coffee is medium strong with a good roasted flavor.
The menus are thoughtfully crafted daily, and everything served is magnifique, including oysters, baguette, Japanese hamachi crudo, sea bream, and chocolate ice cream. The service is generally good, though it could be more consistent during busy periods. Parking can be a challenge, but valet is an option.
The food is extraordinary, and the ambiance is lovely, with both shared seating at large tables and tables for two and four. There are several different seating areas, including a patio. While guests may have to order at the front, the food and service are worth the effort. Wheelchair accessibility could be improved, but overall, this is a favorite LA restaurant.
