The food was unique and incredibly delicious. The complementary appetizers (mushroom soup and beignets) were delectable. The service was very attentive. It seemed that there were at least 5 people taking up the plates, filling the water, cleaning off the table. This is a great special occasion restaurant! The food was delicious and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. There are many unique dishes to try - something for everyone. We will definitely go back.
Great location, ambience, and definitely still a scene to be seen. Having said that, I came for the food and it does not disappoint. It's amazing which is no easy feat with such a busy kitchen and world class competitionin L.A., the appetizers are creative, thoughtful and well curated. The potato leek beignet, duck liver mousse tartlette, carrot ginger soup, tuna tartar ... beautifully presented. My main course was the Dover sole a la meunière expertly deboned and served...
