This is a Persian bakery. Meaning, the sugar profile for each item is different than a traditional French pastry shop. It's essentially not as sweet. The cream puffs are light and quite good, as are the napoleons - again much less sugar, but good.

This Persian Bakeries place is one of the best bakery, Persian dessert, and cake places in southern California. I drove from Palos Verdes every time to shop there. They are the taste of Persia, and I had the pleasure of shopping there a few times. All Persian cakes and pastries were delicious and prepared with the best quality ingredients. One of my clients found out that I love Baklava. She brought some for me from your Bakery. It's absolutely delicious!! The flavor is so...so....good!! Never had Baklava that tastes this good!!
