I used to like this place, but today I found hair at the bottom of my pizza. The staff talk loudly while making pizza, which means spit and sweat could be getting into the food. On top of that, they referred to me as ‘chino’ and were basically saying, ‘What’s chino doing here?’ Well, I speak Spanish fluently. Huge disappointment, guys. I’m a regular, coming at least once every two weeks. I also agree with other reviews—their pizza is tasteless. They should either add more sauce or put some butter or garlic on the crust. Anyway, I won’t be coming back.

Pizza was really bad tonight. Requested xtra sauce and the pizza was dry. Cheese was hard. Pizza did not look like the pictures on website. It's more like regular Los Angeles "card board" type Pizza tonight. Sorry guys, we are being honest.

Rickys Pizza: A Disastrous Experience
My recent encounter with Rickys Pizza was nothing short of a complete disappointment and an utter disgrace in terms of customer service. Let me recount the dismal series of events that unfolded:
I placed an order through their app, excitedly anticipating a delicious meal from this seemingly cozy little pizza joint. However, my hopes were quickly dashed when, upon arrival, I was informed by a disinterested employee that they had decided to shut down early because their tablet had died. Yes, you read that right—their tablet died, and they decided to close shop, leaving me and other hungry customers without any alternative, apology, or compensation.
The level of indifference displayed by the staff, particularly one employee who seemed more interested in staring into oblivion than addressing my concerns, was truly astounding. It was clear that customer satisfaction and retention meant absolutely nothing to them. Their lackadaisical attitude towards my cancelled order and subsequent refund request was appalling.
To make matters worse, when I inquired about a refund for my cancelled order, I was met with shrugs and vague promises that someone might get back to me about it eventually. No urgency, no accountability—just a complete disregard for customer service standards.
Rickys Pizza, with its hole-in-the-wall charm, might have thought they could get away with such incompetence, but they couldn’t be more wrong. As a paying customer, I expect basic professionalism and a modicum of respect. Instead, what I got was a slapdash operation run by individuals who clearly couldn’t care less about their patrons.
Let me be unequivocal: I will never set foot in Rickys Pizza again. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction has ensured that they’ve lost not just my business, but the business of anyone else I can warn. I intend to share my horrendous experience on every social media platform available, because no one deserves to be treated the way Rickys Pizza treated me.
In conclusion, save yourself the trouble and the disappointment. Avoid Rickys Pizza like the plague unless you enjoy being ignored, inconvenienced, and utterly let down by those who should be serving you. As for me, I’ll be taking my pizza cravings elsewhere, where customer service is actually taken seriously.

I gratefully give them 5 stars, first of all the excellent human quality, the pizzas are very good in all their presentations and the clean and spacious place is pleasant to go with the family.
