The mango gelati is soooo good every time. East coast people will love that Rita’s is in Los Angeles!! The couple that owns this shop is extremely friendly. LOVE ritas!!

Not good. The Italian Ice was too sweet.
Make me sick to my stomach.
Over the weekend I stop in for an Italian Ice, big mistake. After tasting my Italian ice there was a weird taste to it. I brought to the attention of the shift lead who refused to switch out the flavor. Terrible customer service and even yuckier Italian ice. It made me sick to my stomach. Whomever made that batch, thanks for the tummy ache.??

1st time going in there definitely did not know what to get. Cashier or helper ladies where the worst. Did not recommend one thing or try to help. So I chose some frozen custard flavor thing while they just stare and actually laugh at me. I ask what can I add to better my choice. They just point at the ice cream options. Then I wonder where are all the good looking toppings at? So I ask . They said I can have toppings on the side.. do not even show me any options and laugh. I would appreciate some awesome recommendations as to what to get for my 1st time. A very shy black women who laughs at you with a weird tiny girl helping her .. the complete worst. All I wanted was some good ice cream. Left disappointed. This spot was sucky
