Make no mistake: this place is priced far beyond average, but the quality is unparalleled. My friend and I always go here for hand spun açaí smoothies with added peanut butter. I would go here every day if I could afford it. Not giving this place 5/5, it’s a 7/5. Truly top notch. Best in the industry.

I've been a long time customer here, recently I've been ordering through uber eats a lot due to not being able to go in person, last 5 or so orders have been wrong, often times missing ingredients I selected or not following directions. I even write in the notes to please make sure all ingredients and toppings are on ( which I shouldn't have to do ) and they still miss toppings! .. way to lose a long time customer. per pictures.. receipt shows honey granola topping .. product has none in it. Save your money and order elsewhere people.

If you look at my other google reviews, I'm usually only here to complain about poor customer service experiences and overhyped restsurants or cafes. Ritual Acai however is DIFFERENT. Stellar service, the smoothest acai I've ever had, with the most natural and genuine flavors. I regularly eat Oakberry Acai, Ubatuba Acai, Acai Por Favor and any other acai places I seem to come across but if you want a legit kickass acai bowl, come HERE! They have three different bases- acai, passion fruit, and pitaya. Their smoothies sre also hand-spun (i.e. no blender) and everything is fully customizable. Look no further for the best acai in all of LA!
Truly natural acai, not mixed with other ingredients like most other places. You can tell immediately by the texture and taste that it's quality. Unlimited toppings! Portions are generous and priced fairly for all that you get. Customer service is very warm and welcoming.

My go-to spot for authentic açaí in LA! I wish they had more locations. Whenever I’m in the neighborhood, I have to stop at Ritual. Their açaí is delicious, and the coffee shot in the smoothie is a game changer. I had never seen that anywhere else! Plus, their snacks are perfect for a quick morning bite.
