Worst experience!!!
Ordered sushi for New Year’s Eve through uber eats - received 3 boxes - 1 box had something that looked like a booger with hair in it, 1 box had some unknown white liquid in it/on the sushi that definitely don’t belong in sushi. It was not safe to eat!!
I called the restaurant immediately and was promised a full refund for the entire meal, but was told it had to go through uber.
Uber refuse to refund the majority of the order and have only refunded the box with hair in it. I’ve had $ 30 out of a $90 order refunded.
Awfull experience that destroyed our New Year’s Eve - I can’t recommend this place!!!

Yall - I love asian food, but this is that bastardization, sad existance of capitalization version of it with the yelling of random japanese expressions that used to be interesting experiences of a legit omakase experience used to be - in worried, but not surprised. 3 stars only because it's commercial - otherwise the hard workers here are legit.

Our family christmas eve’s dinner was ruined. The server did not give one of our orders (california dynamite roll) despite repeated follow-ups. On our second follow-up, our server advised us that the roll is coming any minute, about 10 minutes later, on our third follow-up the server told us that the roll is just inside the oven and will be ready to be out, another couple of minutes has passed yet no roll came. Notably, we made three follow-ups on our order and was repeatedly assured by our server that our roll is coming yet no roll ever came. Seems the restaurant is used in giving this kind of horrible service as the server only said sorry without any offer of compensation.

Very good value lunch specials. I loved the ramen and sushi special. They also have convenient power outlets at the sushi bar to top off your phone.

Do NOT eat here it's disgusting and SO dirty! I dined here last night and I got salmon skewers for my daughter. I tried her salmon and it was very fishy so I told the waiter I didn't want it. He took it back and brought it back a few minutes later and said the chef tried it and said it was fine. That is disgusting! I am taking antibiotics for strep throat and the chef should NOT be touching anybody else's food or trying anybody's food once it's been out of the kitchen regardless of the situation! That is cross contamination. After the chef touches my food he then proceeds to make food for others in the restaurant. When I got home I got so sick and I called the restaurant and the GM. His name is Mike was extremely rude! I have been here for years, but I will make sure to go NEVER back to this restaurant. I have also informed the health department about this issue. I think the health department will take action and do something about this issue.

I go to this place a lot and it’s a shame to see how the quality has fallen in just about every facet of this place. The fish quality and portions are paltry as well. And while there are a few gems on the menu, be warned, this is NOT the place for omakase. I love omakase and this place is not it. They would drop down the dishes and not even explain what they were half of the time and I felt as though I was eating more chicken, red meat etc than sashimi or nigiri. It was pretty disappointing and underwhelming. Management did the best they could. Natalie was great and very sweet. Kirby was kind of rude and flippant.
