Why were you so rude to us?? :'( All we wanted was a smoothie. Instead, we got an extra large serving of your attitude and negativity.

They charge $.40 for an extra plastic cup. This franchisee of this location is so dumb because the employees are forced to follow dumb policies. I just go to Jamba Juice now. I used to go their daily.

I went to the store on pico and Hope. The cashier was extremely rude.I believe her name is Yesenia she is a manager, for a bag with a handle so I won’t drop my bowl. Even offer to pay for the bag and the lady told me no. She was so rude I’m not going back and I’m going to suggest to anybody that will listen to NEVER go there again at least not in the morning the after shift is amazing. If anybody is reading this. DO NOT GO IN THE MORNING. I read other reviews and it seems like EVERYBODY is complaining about Yesenia or however you pronounce her name she has the worst customer service ever. I thought it was me but I looked at other reviews and they said the same thing. A couple of weeks ago I seen her arguing with a customer but I never thought the I would be next. My question to the owner if you have so many complaints about this one particular person that is always rude to your customers why do you continue to employ her?

The cashier was rude and impatient. It was my first time at this business and I was deciding my order but she seemed annoyed. I was the ONLY customer, and yet she wasn't helpful. I was disappointed and only ordered one juice, instead of more beverages as I had planned. I get we all have bad days, but this is horrible customer service. The drink is okay.

The short plump Latina woman named YESENIA working in the morning has an extremely terrible attitude. Never smiles, never greets, and is ALWAYS in a grumpy mood. She loves to mean mug. One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Should fire her at this point since other customers have made complaints about her and replace her with a new employee who will be motivated to work at the South Park location. She makes the environment and whole Robeks experience very uncomfortable. Go somewhere else y’all.

The service is good, but it says that there is fresh juice, but here the juices are made from powder. There are no freshly squeezed juices here.

Horrible customer service. Very rude and takes for ever to get an order. The woman taking the order refused to give her name for complaint. I would avoid this particular location. There is so many other Robeks juices that actually have employees that are happy to be there and treat the customers with respect.

I used to come here almost daily that is until they started taking 30min + to make an order with two juices. One day when their juicer was broken it took them an hour and 30 minutes just for one. The second i asked for a refund and never got it. I went back multiple times for the refund and the manager was never there. The staff said they told the manager and yet no refund.

Service from the one employee is great, but wait times are unacceptable. You must hire more employees for peak rush hours.

I would come here quite often in the morning and there would be long wait times even ordering online I would start having to show up 20 minutes after placing the order so it was ready when I got there otherwise I would have to wait for quite some time.The drink quality is okay, it's really a hit or miss at times.Recently though their juicer wasn't working and I had been waiting on a drink for more than 40 minutes until I could no longer come back so I asked for a refund and the staff said the will relay it to the manager. I followed up later that day and they said it should take 5 business days. Still no signs of a refund, not through the app or my bank. No manager has reached out to me about this concern.I would accommodate in order to get drinks from this place. After this though I am no longer coming back here.Update: still after 3, weeks no refund. After trying to contact the manager and the staff trying to contact the manager.

I don’t know what it is about this location but they seem to can’t make the mahalo mango right. It’s wayyy too sweet and hard to consume. Evey time I get it from here it just doesn’t taste good.
This place took almost 30 minutes to make a small smoothie. Not sure if maybe they had lots of online orders or not but when I went in to order there were no other customers in the store so I don’t understand why they couldn’t handle it
Worst services ever. Both acai bowls were unblended, watered down, and missing ingredients. Had to tell the worker three times what the order was after they were putting the wrong ingredients on it. Another worker commented but no one even tried to help her. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for them to reblend it. Honestly, stay away if u can….
3RD TIME I'VE BEEN THERE AND THE EMPLOYEES NOT ONLY HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE, THEY CAN'T SEEM TO MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT. THEY DON'T BOTHER TO LOOK AT THE TICKET, THEY JUST THROW A BUNCH OF WHATEVER IN THE BLENDER. WHAT A SHAME. IT'S NOT EXACTLY CHEAP EITHER. THERE ARE BETTER LOCATIONS OUT THERE. SEEMS LIKE THIS HAS BEEN AN ON GOING PROBLEM AND THE OWNER DOES'NT CARE ENOUGH TO FIX THEIR OWN BUSINESS.
