This place used to be a great spot for pizza. Now they are putting people in charge like Sergio who claimed to be a manager that have no people skills and no business skills. I have been a long time patron of Rocco's of Sergio's lack of management and people skills I will never ever frequent this spot again. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza with five extra toppings on it. One of them was extra cheese. I paid to have it delivered to my house. I have ordered this before and they are very generous with the toppings as expected for ordering. EXTRA. I've attached a photo of the piece of pizza that was delivered with almost no cheese on it a large portions of crust with nothing on it!! I was so hungry by the time it arrived I took a few bites prior to taking the photo because my blood sugar was plummeting. When I go to Rocco's I order this exact same thing a lot. And it is always piled high with extra toppings no bare spots on the crust, and generous cheese for the extra cheese. When I called to complain they gave me the manager, Sergio. He was dismissive, disrespectful and rude. He basically told me they did nothing wrong, refused to take a look at the photo that I took, left me with a really bad taste about Rocco's. I understand that Angie is the manager. Note to Angie: I believe I have met you before and you are a lovely. You can think Sergio and his mistreatment for the loss of my business and my entire neighborhood and everyone else that reads this post. I have been a great customer that has lived in the neighborhood for 12 years and patronized your business regularly. I have even referred many people in the neighborhood to your business. Not anymore! I will be posting this on all my social media outlets I am so outraged.
