If I could leave a negative star as a review, I certainly would. My experience at this bar was disappointing, largely due to the behavior of the bartender, Jairo, who was consistently rude and seemed agitated throughout my visit. Every time I attempted to place an order, I felt a sense of anxiety, worried that he would react poorly.
I overheard another bartender asking him if he wanted to close out customers to split the tips, which made me question the professionalism of their service. Jairo kept expressing his desire to leave early, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone.
There were signs posted indicating that a 20% gratuity is included in the bill, which only emphasizes how subpar the service was. During my time there, I spoke with four random strangers who were also sitting at the bar, and they echoed my feelings of disappointment. We all ended up sharing a laugh about it, but it was bittersweet, reflecting how sad and frustrating the situation had become.
As someone who travels often, I’ve come to expect a certain standard of service, and it’s clear that this establishment is falling short. We desperately need better service, or at least the bare minimum of professionalism and courtesy from the staff.

The initial guy I met was very friendly. I tilhink he works the bar but he seems to be the one with customer service. The guy that brought the food was stone faced and looked like he didn't want to be there. When I spoke to him he wouldn't speak back and when I thanked him for bringing the food he didn't even acknowledge me. He immediately spoke with his coworkers behind the counter after not speaking with me. The food itself is flavorless. Since we pay first I tipped but immediately felt regret after the service and food. Then I read the emailed receipt saying they automatically add a 20% tip for their hard working employees. Hahahahaa garbage place.

Wonderful staff, but subpar airport restaurant.
1/3 of the posted menu is 86’d. They automatically apply a 20% gratuity to every bill, and their digital payment system asks to apply another gratuity, without indicating the first gratuity. A little sketchy.
No fault of the staff, but go somewhere else unless you just need a quick $12 beer.

Had a little time before our flight. This place was cool! Ordered via the QR code / App and got very quick service that way - plus we didn't have to wait for a busy waiter to bring a check either. Loved people watching from the railside seating. Food was gooood!

I know airports usually are more expensive but this is highway robbery. The wings are subpar and I’ve had better pizza from Costco. The crazy thing is the picture is not even what they bring out. Our server Valerie was amazing and joy. I will probably never eat here again.

So I get the “automatic gratuity” completely. But, as my travel companion noted, it seemed to exempt our waiter from being pleasant, helpful, and ethical. EVERYTHING seemed to be too much trouble for this individual who clearly did not want to be at work. And when I paid the bill in cash - including the 20% gratuity - our waiter unapologetically returned the change, minus another $1+ for himself. Wow! Food was fine. But the attitude was entitled and rude. The ATTITUDE overshadowed the rockers theme and decent menu.
They don't offer the full menu ( limited to 5 items) and then add 20% automatic gratuity...go someplace else.

My pizza was cold like if they prepared it a day before, no flavor. The person at register was friendly. If you do eat in they charge 20% tip which I thought was ridiculous what happened with service tip being optional.
