I had lunch in this cafe. I left a big paper bag with my personal belongings. After I discovered that my things were gone, I returned to the cafe. The owner of the cafe that my bag was thrown away, but he is going to check the cameras to find out what’s happened. The owner of the cafe said that my things were thrown out like garbage. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered two bloody Mary's from the bartender. He sighed, shook his head and slammed the glasses down on the bar. Once he made them, they looked nothing like the menu description. No bacon. no tajin. We told him they didn't match the menu and he just said "right". We requested our money back and left. No apologies or anything. Like 5 staff members walking around and no one paying any attention to customers at all.
Rude people who don't understand customer service work here. The employees think if they are moving things around at the front of the store and you are selecting something from the refrigerator case, you (the customer) should move for THEIR convenience. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them.
