I've been coming here for 17+ years... this food feels like home. The owner makes me feel at home every time. I've come here feeling a bit under the weather and she took care of me and gave me some delicious soup! And I was cured instantly! She's got magic in her restaurant!!! Thank you for everything!!!

A nice spot in thai town. You van throw a rock and probably hit a place that has delicious food in Thai town but this place is very tasty. One of, if not the best duck noodle soup in los angeles. (Sweet Rice in gardena might be better but they're different). The GA Pow with crispy pork was so good. Also, must get the thai iced coffee. Sep 23 it was 2 dollars. Unless it was a mistake it is quite possibly the best deal in America for a beverage. And it was very tasty.

I'm so thankful to my friend for introducing me to this place. I took my kids to get the duck noodles with "seng llek" (little noodles) and thai tea and they loved it. The soup is packed with rich flavors. Just a heads up that the duck noodles come with cilantro. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. The service is amazing. Cash only.I think there was just a fan in the restaurant. It can get pretty hot. Please dress accordingly. Be sure to call beforehand as the owners are older and sometimes close early or open later. Parking can be hard to find, but it is definitely worth driving around the block a bunch of times.

My go to restaurant for duck palo. I'll typically order a whole duck deboned they'll provide the soup base, and sauces. Put it all on top of rice and bam.

I love the Daikon Cakes here. Soooo good and a rare find. Not anywhere else in LA as I’ve seen. Good soup too. Duck noodle and coconut Tom Kha are my favorites. The owner and his wife are super nice. Small spare, simple place. Not fancy but I like the owners a lot.

Wanna know where Thai folks eat in Hollywood's Thaitown? Rodded! Rodded has been here close to 50 years and is known specifically for their five-spiced DUCK NOODLE SOUP. The popular stand-out items that people order here are:- Duck Noodle Soup... or Beef (Excellent!). - Fresh Spring Roll (similar to Filipino fresh lumpia).- Braised Pork Shark over Rice (Khao Kha Moo).- Hainan Chicken Thai -Style (Kao Mun Gai).-Fried Leek and Daikon Cake. -Shrimp Fritter (Tod Mun Goong). - Basil chili stir fry dish (Pad Kra Pow... anything ). - Fried Banana Fritter dessert (A Must!).Rodded is an OLD SCHOOL Thai-Chinese eatery hole-in-the-wall. I love the food here but they do use a copious amount of MSG in their soups, lol! -CASH Only.-CLOSED on WEDNESDAYS. -Street parking (May the parking gods be with you!).

Their duck noodle soup is so good. We have Thai restaurants in SGV but none of them make the broth taste as good as they do here.My hairdresser was born and raised in Bangkok and she also swears by it. I just wish they were a little closer to me!

Duck soup and pad thai were fantastic! We also loved the relaxed, minimalist Zen vibe of the dining room. The prices are very reasonable and you will get total value for your money, but remember to bring cash - cash only is accepted.

Another authentic Thai restaurant from a native Thai. I’ve dined at this restaurant for more than 20 years. Pork leg stew rice, ground pork with basil and duck noodle are my favorite. Problem is I don’t have enough space in my stomach!!

Another authentic Thai food in LA recommended by my local Thai friend. Try the stewed pork leg basil stirred fry. Definitely a place I want to visit again.
