I got my order to go, but the place has a wonderful atmosphere! Next time (and there will be a next time) I will stay to eat! The gentleman who took my order was so kind and well mannered and now let’s get to the food! Asada fries are the only way to eat your meat and potatoes! Phenomenal! This used to be the place to go before gentrification. Now it's overpriced, caters to non-Raza with tamarindo, horchata and hamaica that taste like fructose syrup and tons of sugar.

Rodeo Express is a hidden gem, it's located next to Rodeo Mexican Grill. Delicious and flavorful bowls, no mames. My favorite is the chicken tinga but it's only available on Mondays. Everything is good here, go get yourself a bowl or a burrito.
