Dinner here was exceptional from start to finish! The katsuobushi caesar was an inventive twist on a classic—light, umami-packed, and beautifully balanced. Every dish was refined yet comforting, and the attention to detail made the experience feel truly special. The ambiance really sets this place a part and I look forward to returning soon. Don’t skip the coffee brulée cappuccino & cheesecake for dessert!
