The quality and quantity of food leaves a lot to be desired for the price. The fries were good, the burgers/sandwiches not so much.

The service was good. The service is efficient and the food arrives quickly.

Skip. Turkey BLT came with one slice of meat, for $21, excluding sides. Separate fries order was cold. Friend's sandwich was poorly put together. Disappointing. Friendly servers.

Terrible slow service. Took over 20 minutes to make a Cesar salad. Drinks are disgusting. Bottled beer would be best choice. Manager also is unhelpful. Restaurant was not even full. So bad!!

There are almost no empty stores,
I reluctantly entered, but
The taste is, well, something like this.
A hamburger and fries similar to The America came on a bat.
A set with tomato juice, about $30?
In Japanese yen, about ¥5000?
The clerks were a friendly woman in her 40s to 50s and an unfriendly young man.

Food quality equal to the grab to go of any location. Is not a restaurant. Just food. We went there for breakfast... they don't serve hot drinks but they do offer a breakfast menu. Definitely a good place for beer but that's it.

Vegetarian here - came in and asked for fruit. Bartender says “we don’t have any” ….ok so $18 for cold sourdough bread with maybe a half of avocado spread across two pieces? Absolute trash. Made me pay before my meal came too. Asked for silverware, salt & pepper - bartender gave me plastic fork and knife rolled his eyes and walked away.

Terrible customer service. I don't typically expect much from an airport bar but this one is exceptionally bad. Halfway through a drink I was forced to pay up because the individual bartender was leaving. I was warned to the point of being threatened to have airport police called. Avoid this place unless you want your travels to start or end on a bad note.

Very expensive for what you get.
Top dollar for rabbit portions.

Tasteless burger with almost no bbq sauce buried in a pile of wilted, shredded lettuce (lettuce wasn't even listed on the menu). You order your food through their app and somehow they still manage to bring you the wrong item. When she brought me a quesadilla, I told the waitress "I ordered a burger" and she looked at me like I was nuts.

Also the place is run by Rolling Stone, the most garbage, out of touch music magazine ever published.
