They made my sandwich incorrectly TWICE. After 20 minutes of waiting for a sandwich which did not materialize, we asked for a refund. The cashier did not know how to process a card refund. As this place is "card only" they could not give us cash back from the register, since they had no cash. They finally had to take a collection of cash from the employees to give us our $22 refund. So, $22 for ONE sandwich (NOT a meal, just a sandwich). ZERO sandwiches and 35 minutes later we left and went to Whole Foods.

23 dollars for a cold cut hero is absolutely ridiculous. Before posting i had to take a look through the comments...i see the owner discussing their 16 dollar per loaf bread among other ingredients that are costly...sounds like somebody who is completely disconnected from reality with deep pockets decided to open a spot for other disconnected from reality people with deep pockets...i'd say they won't be open more than a year which is unfortunate but when a businessperson is tone deaf that is often the end result...OWNER take a look at the other reviews here !!! your prices are insane lol...hope this helps !!

Insanely overpriced and gross food. Almost threw up. Much better choices in the neighborhood.

Back again for more brunch! This time we tried the Ogden and the Genesse, both delicious! The Ogden is so rich and the hollandaise has this touch of a citrus zest in it that's soooo good! Both are super filling, especially the Ogden. I'm super happy that they're using reusable metal cups for water now and serving their fruit in a small paper boat instead of plastic! Amazing! The guy at the register is STILL great, so welcoming and so helpful. I'm enjoying this spot more and more every time I come!

I ordered the Spaulding vegan and it was one of the tastiest sandwiches I’ve ever had, the bread and ingredients were a perfect combination. Please add some more options as I’m certain they would be just as tasty…you have a new loyal customer moving forward!!!

Great little local, no fuss restaurant with appealing food and service. All the ingredients are very fresh, combined together in interesting ways with good presentation. There aren't but a handful of tables and seats, but whether you dine in or take it home, the sandwiches are rather tasty. Staff is all quite friendly, and willing to help you figure out what's good Have had the Saturn Turkey and Tuna open-faced sandwich with micro-greens. Also tried the Mango Lemonade which is made-in house--nicely tart with good mango flavor. Dessert offerings are soft-serve ice cream (with the option of a wafer-like waffle cone), brownies, or cookies. Looking forward to coming back for brunch one weekend.

Food was delicious but had to take two stars off because why the heck was 20+ $ for a sandwich lol. I have to say that the bread + spread + turkey slices are fantastic.

This place is super yummy. Took a new friend here. Gorgeous ingredients. We shared a turkey sandwich, ordered their delicious strawberry-ade and walked away with a cone each. I love sandwiches and this place is tops on my list.

A great addition to the Picfair neighborhood. The sandwiches are delicious (albeit a bit pricey) and the service is super friendly. Looking forward to trying their brunch options.
