Tried Rosti Tuscan Kitchen in Brentwood for takeout and it was… fine, but underwhelming. I really wanted to like it, the menu reads like comfort food heaven, but the execution just didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered the chicken parm, pepperoni pizza, fries, and a tiramisu to round it out.

The chicken parm was the biggest letdown. The portion was decent, but it was bland, like no seasoning in the breading or sauce. I kept waiting for some flavor to punch through, but it never did. The cheese melted fine but didn’t save it. It was edible, just kind of sad for what should be a go-to Italian staple.

The pepperoni pizza was pretty good my son enjoyed it.

The fries were fries. That’s the best I can say. They were warm, but not crispy, not seasoned, and honestly forgettable. I wouldn’t even put them on the level of fast food fries.

The tiramisu was probably the best thing I had. Creamy and soft, good balance of flavors, and didn’t taste like it had been sitting forever. Still, it wasn’t enough to carry the whole meal.

All in all, I gave it 3 stars because nothing was terrible just painfully average. It might be better dining in, but as far as takeout goes, there are better options nearby, especially at this price point. I might give them another try if I hear the dine in experience is worth it, but for takeout, I can’t really recommend it.

They have a full vegan menu and can even customize some vegetarian meals to be made vegan. All very delicious - highly recommend their green power pizza, rigatoni with eggplant, eggplant pizza, and pesto vegan caprese! The artichoke wasn’t that good but have loved everything else I’ve gotten there.

Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to enjoy this place. We are not from here, and we made a reservation for this restaurant due to its vast vegetarian options. We both got dressed up and came in at our reservation time to be told that they were closed. There were people at the bar drinking, as well as eating. The host(?) grabbed the manager and they informed us that she had let the kitchen staff go early because they were “very slow.” She offered to make our food to-go if we rushed our order. We did not want to have a rushed dinner to go. It was a holiday and we are on vacation, that's why we made a reservation. Personally, I manage a few restaurants back home, and it astonished me that 1. Management could not go on OpenTable to block reservations. We use the same platform and its two clicks on your iPad or even laptop. 2. Management/host could not see that a reservation was booked and within the hour could not call/text us that they were closing early. 3. Closing early due to volume. This does not speak well of this restaurant just overall. It was definitely a disappointing experience, and we truly cannot gain anything outside of this but I hope management can be more aware of their systems. Hospitality is a wonderful industry to make connections, if I had to close any of my restaurants early due to unforeseen circumstances, and made the same mistakes, I would have not offered a rushed service. Instead, inviting for a drink on the house or even saying- can I offer you a reservation tomorrow where we can take care of you. I'm not one to make such reviews, but overall it just put a bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered some food for our Friday dinner for my wife and I. We chose this particular restaurant. We placed the order on the phone and I arrived to pick it up. I was told to pick it up at 6:05 and I was there right on time. I met Bella a unique beautiful individual. I had a little problem with the dish we ordered so I called Bella, she was most attentive and a great listener about my problem. She promised to call me back after speaking to her manager. 10 minutes later, I received a call and she handled the problem with such finesse and professionalism that made my wife and I a loyal customer for a very long time to come. The food is excellent ambience is romantic and Bella made it all happen. We will go there again and again. Thank you, Bella and thank you Management and of course the chef best of luck to all of you. You will see us many many more times. Ellie

We went with a large group for dinner . The staff was amazing . They arranged seating perfectly. The food was great . Bella our waitress was fabulous and had great patience with all of our picky eaters . Fantastic expertise .
