Very clean, welcoming, and accommodating staff! I come here regularly, and I haven't been disappointed yet!Parking: There is usually a lot of free underground parking.Kid-friendliness: Very.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very wheel accessible. There's also an elevator from the underground parking area to all levels of the building.

The rubio's fish taco especial on Tuesday is one of the best deals for quality that you can ask for. Don't be fooled by the other reviews from entitled whiny college kids that don't like to wait in line or think the employees should stop everyone else to dote on them. This place is super busy and the employees are doing a great job under the pressure. Order on the app 20-40 minutes in advance, walk up to pick up your order, enjoy your 2.25 tacos. Rubio's has been consistently a delicious and affordable meal ever since i was a kid and I'm glad they have a location at UCLA student center.

I don't normally review on the food establishments at UCLA but the worker tonight was just very rude. It felt like an inconvenience to order anything. Also, I used my Bruincard to swipe and had $0.83 left and he was staring at me so rudely like I was dumb. After saying I'm using Apple Pay he continued to just stare with a dirty look until he realized I was waiting for him to turn on the screen for me to pay. No greetings, no smile, I don't expect stellar service but I felt like I was in the wrong for ordering. I just wanted a taco and corn..

They specialize in training their staff to be abusive, rude and unwilling to help or do anything that can remotely make a customer happy. Of course, they feel that they have a captive audience with UCLA students as their victims. UCLA should take away this location and rent it to a business which employs people who actually want to be there and do the work.

look, i get it's a college campus and it's college kids running the restaurant but this was awful. literally no one was in line but took forever, when it arrived my order was messed up and they only gave me like 2 pieces of chicken in my taco. employees were unfriendly, beans were disgusting (i think they forgot to salt them?? they were watery and tasteless) i'm seriously so disappointed as this was my first meal of the day. also really overpriced. do not come here. rubio's is good, this one is not.

Taco Tuesday on campus is hard to beat. Tacos are about $2 bucks each. I upgraded to steak for 29 cents more.

UCLA location. just horrible. placed an order for 16 people, received confirmation that the order was received and on its way. about 25 minutes later the restaurant cancelled my order with no explanation. tried calling the restaurant for about 30 min, nobody picked up. When you have 16 people in a meeting waiting to be served lunch, imagine!!!!! Never order from this sh...ty place ever again. unprofessional!!!!

This place specializes in hiring the most useless, arrogant and obnoxious employees. They go out of their way to make the customer experience as miserable as possible. On any regular day, there are tons of people waiting in line. They have a new younger woman who's as unpleasant and arrogant as the male employees and when I saw that she was the only one at the register with a hundred people waiting in line and two other employees standing around and doing nothing, I mentioned maybe one of them can open another register. She obnoxiously dismissed my very polite suggestion. They used to have a line set up that goes around so that it doesn't block people from being able to walk around the food court. They've done away with that and now have a line that extends the entire length of the food court to make sure that their arrogance and anti customer attitude is on full display to the world. Maybe someone should just close this place down and replace it with a business that actually likes its customers instead!

Something's happened to this campus spot. All of a sudden it takes 35 minutes for a 2-fish taco plate, basically their specialty. Terrible customer service from the girl working the register to the guys pulling out the food, not a single "sorry for the wait."

No one, and I mean no one, does fish tacos better than Rubio's. Their fish burrito for me is a close second. The idea of fish tacos was kind of gross to me when I first moved to the West Coast, but Rubio's, with their fresh ingredients, they're unique sauces, they are not being heavy on cilantro, (I'm one of those people that it taste like soap) just in general their food is great and they're pricing is on point.
