The food and service were fantastic. However, it's a bit of a dive, but I like a good dive and this one fits the bill. Everything we ordered from the al pastor torta gigante to the shrimp burrito to the chicken mole enchiladas, was delivery and the portions are huge.

Summary: below average and bland food, difficult parking. 2 stars only because Adrian was great! Visited because my grandfather was looking for enchiladas and his usual place was closed. Apparently on Thursdays they have live music (pretty loud so don't count on having a conversation). They have a super small parking lot in the rear however tenants of the neighboring apartments take up all the spots. So good luck driving around you'll need it to possibly find a place to park in the evening. Our server Adrian was great, and was kept on his toes by the other guests but was always friendly and responsive when we asked him for something. The food: The appetizer we ordered was guacamole, this was delivered in a small molcajete, but was not good at all. The avocados were definitely not ripe and left a sour taste in our mouths, we thought maybe adding some lime and salt to it would change the flavor but we were still disappointed and chose not to eat it at all. Entrees: I ordered a combination plate which came with beans and rice. You can either choose 2 or 3 items, I decided to do 1 cheese enchilada with green sauce, 1 asada taco, and 1 chicken taquito. My grandfather got the 3 cheese enchiladas with green sauce and my boyfriend got the Asada burrito. We all agreed that the beans and rice had no flavor at all, they definitely forgot to add salt to this, but even when we added it ourselves, it still wasn't up to par. The chicken taquito was okay but nothing special, the Carne Asada meat itself was pretty tasty, and my grandfather and I liked the enchiladas. We probably wouldn't return as the parking is extremely difficult and the food was less than average.

Stopped here after not finding parking at another restaurant, umm instead of restaurant & bar it should be loud karaoke & restaurant,if you plan on having a conversation with people you're dining with this is not the place you'll be shouting to be heard..staff is nice & welcoming but drinks are slow coming, food is ok & crowd is mostly older

The food is delicious my favorite is pozole verde and the Sunday brunch has all the good dishes the service is superb the waitress is very nice n friendly the ambiance is very nice I like to go to hear the kareokee singers n in between the DJ plays cool songs you can request what I want to hear on Sunday they have a special show they have imitadors that dress up as famous singers n perform their songs u feel like u r in a concert very nice show!!

Excellent restaurant in Boyle Heights. SO happy the community has another restaurant! Brunch joint with a Drag show on Sundays. Weekdays it's low-key and chill.
Came here before a dodger game to fuel up before the game and the food was good and service was good. Highly recommend.

Haphazardly came across this place, walked in for a quick breakfast/ brunch meal on SundayAlthough they had a buffet set up, we opted for alacart. Torta Gigante de asada is as the name states, giant! I got thru half of it and it was delicious! The slices of pickled jalapeños added a nice bite and the wonderful waitress brought me more jalapeños.Taco de pescado, breaded fish with a wonderful spicy mayo sauce on topTostada mixta- by far one of the best mariscos I've had in quiet some time. The octopus was AMAZING!! not chewy at all and the combination of the other seafood: shrimp and fish was well balanced. I could have added tapatio but by the time that came to mind I had devoured the 3 tostadas it came with.Huevos con tocino (bacon and over medium eggs) just thinking about it makes my mouth water. The eggs were cooked to perfection. Served with rice and beans. We unfortunately missed the 1pm drag show, however we left with a positive impression and looking forward to going back.Ambiance is casual and the patio area looks like a great place to have a drink on a summer night. Looking forward to having a real drink next time around

Excellent food and great service, I was looking for a place the have pozole, this place has green and white pozole, I have never tried either one , so I decided to go for the green one it was excellent, I'm happy decided to try, we also try the mar y Tierra molcajete , The guacamole is so tasty and they serve plenty of food.
