Fresh and authentic. When tasting flavors, they sometimes give you pairing suggestions that are beyond delicious. My favs are cucumber and orange blossom, passion fruit and jasmine, pomegranate and pink rose, and almond and date. Only downside is restricting myself from not ordering the entire menu
