Met a friend for dinner on a Monday night. The flavor of the food was incredible. Our waiter provided attentive service. Highly recommend -will be going back
My wife and I rarely get a night out due to childcare, but we finally had the chance to celebrate our 7-year anniversary, a big deal for us. The host was the only person who acknowledged it, and only because it was noted on our OpenTable reservation. Our server, Lish B, either had no idea or simply didn't care. She started the experience with a flat, “What can I get you to drink?” no greeting, no acknowledgment of our anniversary, and no effort to see if we had been to Saffy's before. That question only came later when we hesitated on drink choices. From there, things felt rushed. Even though it was our first visit, she jumped quickly from the drink menu to the food menu without any context or natural transition. Her descriptions of the dishes came across as condescending, as if she assumed we'd never dined in a restaurant before. When we asked for recommendations, she described the beets by saying, “They're marinated so they don't taste like dirt.” Excuse me? When we ordered a few small plates and a main, she immediately pushed for more, asking, “Are you sure you don't want to add some more dishes from the top portion of our menu?” I explained we might add more later, but the pressure was uncomfortable. We also ordered one cocktail to share (we're not big drinkers), yet her reaction made us feel cheap for not ordering two. The food itself was good but overpriced. Ironically, the dish that felt least in line with the rest of the menu, the scallops ended up being the best. The space itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, but the acoustics made it louder than expected; it was difficult to have a normal conversation across the table. The bathrooms, however, were disappointing: wet floors, flickering lights, and no paper towels. Overall, Saffy's falls short in an area where its older siblings, truly excel: hospitality. We chose Saffy's to celebrate a meaningful milestone, and instead of feeling celebrated, we left feeling dismissed and disappointed.
great service. delicious food...except for lamb & meat skewers. plus the restaurant was TOO LOUD
The hostess needs an attitude check, not the greatest first impression but overall our experience was good - our server Lish was 5 stars, thank God for her she changed the energy and was super attentive and chill. Everything we ate was incredible - Little gems was a great communal plate, bread was crispy yet squishy inside which is my favorite. The star of the show was the lamb and beef skewers, cooked perfectly. All the sauces and dips and hummus were great, beet salad surprised us. Cocktails were good and fresh, all the wait staff and bussers were sweet and helpful. Since they don't have bar space to grab a drink if youre early I highly recommend bopping over to Jim + James across the street.
Food is amazing. Service great. We love it here and go often despite the very loud indoors.
Top five meals of my life. Also in the top five is my previous meal at Saffy's. The remaining three slots are London restaurants, for scale
One of my favorite spots in LA! For lunch, I highly recommend the beef pita – it’s absolutely delicious and hits the spot every time.

everything i’ve tried here i love but i would especially recommend the arabic breakfast, the french toast and the beef+lamb brisket pita
Food: Solid but don’t expect a Saffy’s dinner food. If Saffy’s dinner is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the brunch is 3.7/5. I’m not saying it’s bad, it’s very good but nothing compared to OG Saffy’s
Service: No complaints, baristas is supa chill
Atmosphere: bring your date here, it’s a vide. Cute and kinda feels like europe ☀️🏖️ Unfortunately, I don’t have a girl or a girlfriend so brought an old friend of mine 🥲

We had one of the worst tables in the restaurant stuck in the back by the kitchen which was a bummer in terms of ambience because the rest of the restaurant is so beautiful
Absolutely obsessed with their Earl Grey iced latte! Can’t say enough good things about how delicious this is on a hot summer day! Must try if you like black tea.

Simple & super tasty Israeli street food served up in vibrant setting. Loved everything about this place. The drinks were also a hit. Super friendly staff. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to LA.
It was my first time dining at Saffy's. The food and service was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.
Fabulous food. We got seating right next to the kitchen where they were making the Nan. We had beets, cauliflower, hummus, lamb kebabs. All were delicious and service was great. Was a little loud for good conversation.
