I can't say enough good things - great food, great service and its Halal! The chicken is so moist, as is the beef. The falafel isn't dry, which makes the wrap a must have. Run don't walk on this storefront. It's a little hard to find, so keep looking!

Such a solid place for sure a must try, you can taste the quality on the chicken super clean and well seasoned, the falafel had a bit of a sandy texture that I really enjoyed and the flavor nice and savory. Service is fast and friendly all you need to grab a quick bite.

This place is off the hook! This is the best kept secret in Los Angeles. By far the best, freshest most amazing Middle Eastern food I've had anywhere. Don't let the humble patio and interior fool you. This is definitely beyond five star cuisine. For $20 I got two fresh made homemade kabobs off the grill, the best I've ever had the most incredible multi-color rice with grilled peppers and spices, fresh made pita, hummus, salad, pickled turnips, grilled onions!!! I am in heaven. If you like Middle Eastern food, this is definitely the place to be! In the middle of my meal the owner, Maher, came out with a huge smile and asked me how I liked the food! Who does this? Sad to say, these days almost no one. This guy really cares that you're happy. His daughter works with him and she is absolutely lovely. Good vibrations all the way around and food that exceeds all expectations. They made it quick so the wait was not long. Be sure and get the pickled turnips (they refer to them as pickles! But are far beyond) they are the bomb! Also the presentation was beautiful but I was so hungry that I didn't think to take a picture before I started eating it and didn't want to take a photo of a have eaten plate LOL. Just know that you will be impressed hands down.

Tiny window that can easily be missed, but REALLY good food. We had their hummus, fries, falafel and chicken wrap. Everything was outstanding!

Al’s has been my favorite restaurant in LA since the day they opened!! I lived around the corner for years. I still come back regularly and consider the staff family. Sedra, Reabal and Pops ?? Best hot chicken sandwich in LA. Hands down. Prove me wrong… ??‍♂️? I put so many of my homies onto this place. Don’t forget your honey sauce. Fr

Sahelnom is truly a taste of Syria! We’ve eaten here many times and the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and made to order. The portions are generous and balanced with all the fixings of an authentic Syrian meal. They really put their heart and soul into this food and it shows. Great people and great food ?
