Ah yes some of the best ice cream in la! Tons of awesome rotating flavors you can even try before you buy. They had a bunch of cereal specials when I went I loved the lucky charms one! Also the resees puff one is so delicious! Will be coming back.

Salt and straw is known for their weird combos but they're not all great. I usually go for something normal and it's pretty good but maybe a bit overhyped!

i come here almost every day with my kid and today a asian new young employe make me never want to come back, usually the portions are decent and this guys give me a tiny scope charging me single 6.50 i ask him if he make a mistake and he say no he knew he was doing something wrong, i felt robed i finish the ice cream in two bites, you should. train new employes, because this guy will ruin your business, just lost a regular customer i left with a bad experience after 3 years coming almost every day ?

The service staff is very kind, and the ice cream tastes very special. We ordered sea salt and honey lavender, both flavors are delicious. You can choose the kids size of the ice cream (the portion is not too small), and the cookies that hold the ice cream are very fragrant and crispy.

As good as ice cream gets. You never know what to expect, as their flavor profiles vary with the season. But if you like ice cream AND food, you'll LOVE this place. They go THERE. Even if you just want coffee ice cream, they'll show your tastebuds something new. Respect.

I've been to salt and straw countless times and it is always consistent. The unexpected flavor combinations are always compelling to try and never cease to amaze me. Their creative flavor ideas are delectable. Also the texture of their ice cream is Lucious and wonderfully delightful.

My girlfriend and I come to this Salt N Straw religiously we always hit prince street and then get our ice cream last and the atmosphere is always good and so is customer service. We even bring family members over when they come to visit and the staff is usually nice but today was a different day. We went in on a rainy day 02/07/24 around 7 PM the girl helping us was extremely rude we asked to try some of the new samples and she was extremely snarky, rolling her eyes being extremely disrespectful. I had asked her if I could have a cone and she asks my girlfriend if she wants one too when she had just asked for a cup for her ice cream she then throws the lid at us. We tried giving her the benefit of the doubt until that point & I asked her if she was okay and she walks away and rolls her eyes and ignores us so we went and made it apparent to her coworkers how she was acting. They were all very surprised just as much as we were this was the first time we have ever experienced anything like this at our favorite spot. I hope this situation is fixed, I can't believe we had to deal with that especially deciding to go on a rainy day. You guys should run the cameras back and access this situation because it's unacceptable.

Omg, their flavors of the month are soooooo good. The ice cream w almond chunks and caramel swirls in vanilla is some of the best ice cream I've ever had!!Vegetarian options: It's ice cream. I think that's vegetarian, right? Sometime it's even vegan.Kid-friendliness: It's ice cream. Need I say more?

Step out of the ordinary ice cream line and get the extraordinary salt and straw uniquely flavored and served in a handmade waffle cone. Don’t skip and just get a bowl you were really miss out… this waffle cone was craft made, and handed to us still warm!!! with scrumptious fresh made ice cream I personally had the Marionberry cobbler ice cream it was so good!!!!

It was July in LA , still in the 80’s at 9:00 PM, there was a long line down the block. Even so , the line moved fast and the innovative, tasty flavor options were well worth the wait.
