Amazing ice cream! The raspberry cheesecake with white chocolate was incredible easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Super creamy and flavorful. The staff was also very kind. Will definitely come back!

Came in on a busy day and the line moved pretty fast. The staff was friendly and patient with samples. I went with the Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons and it didn’t disappoint! Super smooth, not overly sweet, and really balanced. Solid spot when you’re craving ice cream.

We also tried pear&blue cheese, strawberry honey balsamic and black pepper, and arbequina olive oil and they are actually really good as well

I seen the line of people outside Salt & Straw whenever I grab a slice at Prince St Pizza. I always wondered what the big deal was. This past week I brought my brother to grab a slice and he talked up Salt & Straw. He got us a vanilla and salted caramel scoop and all the hype made sense. It's incredible! Smooth and rich. And the salted caramel really adds a balance to the sweetness of the ice cream. Definitely coming back to this spot!

I was very disappointed by my experience and feel compelled to share it. When I visited the store on Monday around 6:30 PM, a female staff member with tattoos and piercings treated us in a very unprofessional and rude manner. She did not greet us properly, gave dismissive answers to our questions, and overall made us feel unwelcome. I came hoping to enjoy some ice cream, but instead left feeling upset. I have visited many Salt & Straw locations, including Silver Lake and Venice Beach, and have always had great experiences—but this was by far the most unpleasant one. I strongly believe the owner should ensure better training for the staff so that customers are treated with respect.
