This is literally my favorite ice cream place ever. The staff is consistently a vibe and the interchanging flavors always hit and keep it interesting!!! Will always keep coming back (also the manager is a gem)

The vegan chocolate pistachio is one of the best flavors I’ve ever had here! Love that there’s so many dairy free options that are interesting and not just generic. Sergio was super sweet and patient as I tried different flavors to get the perfect combo. Great service!

The only reason I’m leaving a review is because of Elliot C.’s FANTASTIC service. I frequent Salt & Straw (never to this location) and the service is always pleasant. However Elliot really went above and beyond to cultivate an experience for me and my friend. In a world where people are so quick to complain about bad service, its so important to uplift GREAT service. I initially asked to speak to his manager to tell them about how kind and helpful he was today and he told me that he is the manager lol not surprised but I do hope that hes given the recognition for the phenomenal service he provided!! Thank you Elliot, i will certainly be back!!

Unfortunately, this is right down the street from my house so I do find myself occasionally wandering over for a late night treat. While I've always enjoyed the ice cream and experience here (lucky charms cereal will forever have a chokehold on me + a free scoop on my bday) I've never felt so inclined as to write a review until last night. My fiance and I went in and was greeted with the most knowledgeable and helpful employee, Carter. If by some chance Salt & Straw finds this review- please do yourself a favor and hire this man to be the face of your next ad campaign. They say you can't get good service in LA, but Carter is truly that exception.

The ice cream can sometimes have a gummy texture. Which is gross. Also had some ice in it. This months flavors are bad. It's gone down hill.

Wow, wow and wow. Went to Salt & Straw for the second time ever, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The flavours on offer were so delicious, and I wish I could live in this place. Really sick of this chain stealing all the business from incredible mom-and-pop shops around LA — go to local shops. Salt & Straw has opened directly next to every single local ice cream shop in LA to take their business and it’s just not cool.
