This evening, I entered the restaurant to pick up my order and stated my name. The employee (a male employee) was incredibly disrespectful, both in his demeanor and manner. Even after I'd given my order, he didn't even have the decency to look at me, took it from behind the large counter, and placed it in front of him. Even extending the order, or at least making eye contact, must have been too much for him, as he failed to show even the most basic respect for the customer.
I'm genuinely curious: Does this employee realize he's serving customers here, or does he think he's doing them a favor? We're not asking for a free favor from this establishment; we're paying for it. It's both surprising and sad that someone who doesn't understand such a simple point works at this establishment.
If there's a manager or supervisor, they should definitely take this behavior into consideration. Employees who don't even show basic respect for customers seriously diminish the quality of the establishment.

Good Thai food. Unbelievable bad service to-go. Took 2.5 hours for our recent order. Most times it’s at least 40 min but they clearly have an issue with prioritizing online orders.
Obvi not going back ...

The service was wonderful and I adored our Waiter. However, this was a far cry from authentic Thai food. Thai food is a melody of sweet and salty. This place for sure had the salty and sour part down, however each dish I had was unbalanced. The music was loud and lighting was too dark.

Great Thai food! The menu is clearly marked about which items are gluten free. Server was knowledgeable about allergies and cross contamination. Would come here again!
I give this place a weak af 4/10 and the 4 is only cause the food wasn’t horrible but not the best in the area.
Customer service:
They (waiters) def choose who to give good customer service to. Not once did we get any check up or water refill the whole time we were there. But the other guest around us were met with kindness and hospitality more then once.
Half of our order never showed up and honestly if I never said anything to the waiter about it we would have been charged or further ignored haha
Food:
What we receive was the tum yum, pad see, Thai tea, a beer, and two orders of rice
The beer was chilled and refreshing but you can’t really mess that up. Thai tea was ehhh wasnt horrid but not very flavorful and more ice then needed.
Tum yum was decent. We got it with shrimp and the shrimp was made well I’m personally what ever about it but the shrimp was de-shelled. All the flavors were there but no bite. Def caters to people that can’t handle a lick of spice.
Pad see ew was good but shy of being way to salty. We got the tofu as the protein and it was fried and just oki not very crispy.
They don’t have a large steamed rice option so if your a family you will have to order quite a bit of rice bowls. But the steamed rice was yummy regardless.

I love Same Same!! I’ve been coming here for years and it always hits the spot. Their waterfall beef is my top go-to, alongside the chicken wings, panang curry, and homemade sausage. Their sidewalk pad thai is probably the best I’ve had too. Great chill walk-in vibes, good music, nice lighting, and their beer/wine list is lovely. The parking lot is small but there’s almost always a spot opening up from someone grabbing takeout :)

A nice Thai place. The sausage is amazing but the rest of the food is honestly not the greatest.

Ordered delivery via doordash and it took 2 hours for the food to be ready for the driver to pick it up. We called and very kindly asked to understand what was taking so long and they failed to give us an explanation other than “we’re busy.” Absolutely laughable service. These guys need to figure their kitchen situation out.

Food is disgusting, the rice seems over cooked or just not fully cooked, really bad altitude from the lead chef lady. Force clients to buy food. Also is not cheap, $30ish for a person with over salty food, never acceptable. The dessert is over priced and too sweet, also needs to argue and fight for it. I don’t know what’s the reason for go back.

Mediocre food and service; limited parking. At least it wasn't expensive.

I have had same same a few times and had a wonderful experience. This evening I got here an 10pm and though they’re open until 11, their sign said closed but their door was open. I asked if I could still order and they told me I could order to go. I ordered, and my food was then ready in 5 minutes which was technically great except the quality was so bad , it was impossible to eat! So so so oily, the noodles not really resembling the pad see ew dish at all, and way too hot to consume I’m so disappointed by this experience.
