Service is a little slow, could use more help, pizza was decidedly mediocre. Next time, get a burger.

This place bewilderingly had a 3.7 star average review at time of this writing and is in dire need of a course correction. I can only surmise 3 plausible means of Sammy's attaining such a high mark.1) Sammy's paid a platoon of people with no scruples copious sums of cash to create accounts and leave positive reviews2) Planes full of stranded on deserted island survivors who have not eaten in a month regularly land at Gate 43 and are offered free food contingent on leaving a positive review prior to actually trying it.3) Terrorists regularly fly through and stop here. They do not partake in eating here themselves, but force their victims to do so. Reviews are based purely on the torturous value it adds to their repertoire.Whichever category you over-rating former reviewers belong, SHAME ON YOU!!!If you choose to foolishly ignore the warning myself and some noble few others have left, your experience at this establishment will begin with the worst $25 you ever spent. Your disappointment will grow when you are handed your tiny little pizza box and you realize the "lunch" you just purchased probably wouldn't fill a fly. The disappointment will give way to appallment when you open the box and see the pathetic looking pizza and will quickly dissipate into disgust upon gingerly taking your first tiny (about 1/3 the pizza) bite. You will promptly walk over to the nearest trash can and throw the remainder away, but will be haunted by the fact that a lone, disease infested rat out there might one day stumble upon your rubbish and take a bite. You deserved better, little rodent. I'm sorry.Seriously, if you were considering eating here, do yourself a favor, and DON'T.

Nice cosy small spot, with a very reasonable amount of food and drink options, very friendly and helpful staff. Right next to the gates, so you're never too late to get a bite at the last minute.

If you want to have stomach cramps and diarrhea for the next ten hours on the flight, you should definitely go for a pizza here. My friends and I were there. It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life, it was absolutely terrible. I would have preferred to fast all day. If you don't get stomach cramps while eating, you'll get cramps when you get the bill. Never something like that again...

The worst pizza I have ever eaten so far was in an Italian camping, many years ago. So far. What I managed to eat here was beyond any imagination, although the raw materials basically were all right. I was hungry but could only eat half of it.

Don't bother with the breakfast here. $16 for bacon, eggs and potatoes and they use premade eggs like McDonalds. I've had better breakfast for free at the hotel.

This place will rip you off. I had a disagreement about the bill and asked to talk to a manager. He came over and his first comment was " you don't want to pay your bill? I will call the police." So much for fair charging.

Cute little pizza shop, the decor made it feel a bit homey and warm. The margarita pizza was fantastic! The pizza crust was crispy. The overall temperature was hot, so fresh. The flavor was fantastic.Definitely exceeded my expectations for airport food. The cost was a bit high, but you are at an airport ?‍♀️

Missed my flight because my server told me I’m good on time, and it ended up taking a while. Ultimately still my fault but still just annoying. Also the food wasn’t all that

Had one beer there whilst waiting for my flight. My beer was warm, flat and super expensive. Avoid. You’ve been warned.

Sammy’s was a good choice based on the fact that you’re at the airport. I had a cheeseburger and mimosas and it was very good.

Terrible service. They advertise their closing time as being 11 PM but they try to kick every one out at 4 pm After charging me nearly $60 for two tasteless pizzas and waters they told me I have to take my food elsewhere? We're in an airport terminal, where am I supposed to go?I travel frequently through Terminal 4. Never again.

They took my order then refused to seat me in the restaurant despite there being others eating inside, and it was regular working hours. I simply walked in, had my meal, and left. If they told me in advance, I wouldn’t have given them my business.

Expect cold food from this location. Pass it by. Terrible experience. Taking advantage of people passing through LAX. Would give zero stars if possible. TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!
