It was a truly wonderful dinner that felt very elegant and comfortable, and you could genuinely sense the head chefâs philosophy in the food.

The view is absolutely amazing and the food did not disappoint. The octopus was perfectly cooked and very tender, the baby potatoes were delicious, and the honey oat latte was surprisingly good and well balanced. We were originally there for brunch, but it ended at 11:30am, so we ordered from the lunch menu instead and still had a great experience. The service was very attentive without feeling intrusive, and I would definitely come back to try the brunch menu next time.

When you have a great location like across from the best concert hall in the US and perhaps the world, you need to bring it. Chef Andres does just that 10 stories up in the Conrad Hotel.
You think you get every dish when you read it on the menu, or at least most, but then when you get it and eat it itâs a whole different thing.
Ever wondered what impeccably fried chicken would taste like with a furikake buttermilk sauce? Wonder no more! Itâs amazing.
How about the best lox on a piece of toast youâve ever had? Sounds easy and simple but here itâs a different level.
Really amazing food, drinks, service and view. It really is a destination that shouldnât be missed if youâre visiting downtown LA.

Great food, good service, although slow. We had timed tickets to a museum. I had to go get our missing waiter so we wouldn't miss it. Several other diners had to do the same thing.
My problem: We had a drink at the bar before being seated. The bartender pulled a fast one on us. We ordered the Matthiewson Chardonnay by the glass, at $22 each. He brought Chateau Montelena instead, asking us to try it. We said ok. When the bill came, after lunch, the chardonnay was $45 per glass. I was not happy.
I didn't protest, because we had accepted his suggestion, with no discussion of price. I felt that he took advantage of us, though. It left me with a bad feeling. I won't come back.

had a great experience here great service recommend the chef's choice. The advertise are really getting tasteful love the octopus would definitely come back.
Wonderful food in a poorly managed restaurant. I've been there with my wife about ten times, and the food never disappoints. However, they never seat you right away regardless of how many people are in the restaurant or waiting. They took fifteen minutes to seat people for this most recent meal. We will start going elsewhere when we are in the area for the LA Phil.

Absolutely superb experience. We had a Valentine's dinner with my fiancĂŠ, and we couldn't have selected a better restaurant. The food was fantastic. The service was great. Everyone working there showed real care, which is admirable. I highly recommend it.
Food is excellent at San Laurel! We came on Valentine's Day and they had a set menu that included just about everything you could imagine. The flavors were extraordinary, the waiter explained every detail of each presentation, and the meal got more and more interesting and delicious as it went along. We can't wait to go back!
Delicious and interesting food, fabulous mix of flavors, excellent service and beautiful setting. It is very expensive although a great choice for special occasions or visits to the LA Philharmonic.
There is not much more to say about this restaurant as excellent! Michelin Star restaurant quality đđ˝ â¨ď¸
