This place was my savior living in Hollywood in the late 90's early 2000's as a homeless youth☆the guy who was there always remembered who I was and what I liked to order.Thank you for feeding me through the dark times☆

Deli closes right and left, it's a treasure for our community, great deli food, yes, prices have gone up, but so have all the food. If you haven't been here, this is a must to try. If you haven't been here in a while come back and enjoy!

Last week was the first time we visited this restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had a good time with the efficient service, with the fine cooking and booze and with the modest charge. We will surely go back there soon.

The guy who ran this place before he died had a completely different menu from his wife's, beef and rice bowl was delicious. when he passed away she took over. If anyone used to go to the Oasis this spot was your go to place before Club Zion. This place is long gone now.

Is anyone who knows where is the lady that used to work there. I really want to meet her she was like my mother. Very great lady. If anyone knows her phone number or address please let me know. I would appreciate it so much. Thanks I lived in Hollywood closed to this place for four years. I used to go here everyday and i loved it. I am coming back to Hollywood again and I can't wait to go to eat there, also to see the lady she was very good person. Amazing

Everything I am about to tell you might sound bad, but it's what makes this place so charming. First off- you like Burger King? The cheeseburger I just tried from Sandy Burger tasted like Burger King. Now, I (for one) have given up fast food a long time ago because I don't understand how the whole industry works- but I do know a lot of people don't like it so I avoid the food. So, the fact that I just had a burger that reminded me of times my mom drove through the drive-thru at the corner of Lorain and Canterbury in North Olmsted, Ohio- made me very happy. The lady was very nice who made the burger and took our order. She also cooks right in front of you, so if you're one of those that like to see everything being done to your food- you can be an audience member here. Cash Only! Which usually ticks off some people that don't realize cash only places are usually cheap places. Which, five dollars burgers- hard to come by in this persnickety city. Hole in the wall? No. More like Burger Closet on the Blvd. But, I'll be back. I'd probably give it a 3 1/2 stars if I could with the eventual upgrade as I scratch the greasy, flat-top spot itch I get (usually on nights involving beer instead of whiskey). Enjoy.
