Less 1 star because airport price gouging but keep reading: I was very happy with the tonkatsu salt ramen. Like I would actually delay eating prior to the airport just to have this again and chill prior to boarding. Sometimes other ramen broths don't get the attention they deserve because a ramen place will specialize in one, so I can't speak for any other dishes and it'd be shame if so, but tonkatsu salt is where it's at, and I'm not just saying good...
Hidden in terminal B, this gem is a total find. If you're flying Sun country, Cayman, or Frontier seek out the quality and consistency of Santouka Ramen. Make for an excellent airport breakfast.
Not bad at all for airport food. I walked 45 mins to eat here while I had 5 hours layover it’s on the international side of airport. I was craving Asian food since I was in other parts of the world for 2 weeks and the chashu ramen fixed it. Very pricey but it’s airport price!
