Saoha Khao Soi Thai Cuisine is a true gem and an easy contender for the best khao soi in LA. The dish is phenomenal, with a broth full of flavor yet clean, and it brings diners right back to Thailand. The khao soi is creamy and amazing, with options like braised beef, wagyu, and crispy chicken. Other dishes, like the Khao Soi Tempura, are also fantastic. The restaurant has a great, no-frills atmosphere with a clean interior and friendly, welcoming service. It is conveniently located with easy parking, though it is in the Lankershim/North Hollywood area near Universal Studios, not in Thai Town. The overall experience is absolutely delicious and cannot be recommended enough.
