As a Salvadorian I know my pupusas and for this establishment to charge $6.25 for one pupusas is crazy like what makes your guys's pupusas so special that you guys have to charge $6

As a big fan of La La Land this review may be a bit biased! The carne asada pupusa was good (the dough is incredible), and it’s a decent portion for the price. The only downside was it took about 20 minutes for the pupusa to be ready. Would definitely go back though to try all the other versions and dishes.

Took us two hours to get a bowl of soup, don’t even bother to offer a bag for to go order

I visited during the lunch rush, so I expected a bit of a wait, but the service was slower than anticipated. Given the time it took—about 15 minutes—I was hoping for a more authentic dish. Instead of the 4-ounce steak I expected, I was served bits of ground meat mixed with scrambled eggs, which was a letdown. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations for quality or value

Very expensive and they did not give us the order as requested

Took so long to get 1 pupusa! The chorizo was an inch long and dry. Over priced for flavorless cold food.

Very disappointing the pork was so dry and was not even lukewarm. The yucca was dry chalky and very tough to eat.

TERRIBLE!
YUCK!
They raised the prices and brought down quality! What?!
These were already the most expensive pupusas in all of LA for $5 each no matter how many you order! Nowhere else charges you this outrageous price.

For pupusas go to Las Cazuelas in Lincoln Heights instead!!!
BEST quality, flavor at an incredible price!

NEVER bringing anyone to this place again. Grand central market is a tourist place and I always bring family and friends when visiting. Never bringing people back to Saritas and I hope people read this and don’t get scammed and robbed by paying $6 for a thin and tasteless pupusas.

So upsetting.

With all due respect, I just ate the pupusas and they served me burnt, and each one costs $7 dollars, not a specialty.
I think I expected too much for the price.
They should improve the quality/price.
I expected more from this pupuseria for the price of $7 dollars.

Excellent. Wished they had more filling, but overall they tasted great. We had the traditional pork and beans and also the mixed one. They were made fresh right in front of us. The symmetry was amazing; perfectly rounded pupusas. The salsa was a bit spicy, but that’s on personal preference. The vinegar vegetable toppings were amazing as well.

Disgusting! Plus you have to watch your order they try to over charge you and don’t fill your order properly. There are WAY better places to eat nearby. Don’t waste your time with this very unclean business. Yuck!

Solid pupusas but a hefty price-tag ($6USD per pupusa, highest I've seen anywhere). Especially good curtido, definitely stood out. There's a bit of a wait to receive your order so keep that in mind if you're in a rush.
