Really old place. Not my kind of thing but maybe you may like it. The drinks had a spicy rum or tequila in them? I was not a fan of th drinks. Came here for a mixer event. Good atmosphere, just the drinks were no good and the place looks a bit run down. There's no parking available.

It descent. Cool Hollywood Cowboy vibe. You won't get that kind of atmosphere in Hollywood at many places. Perhaps the Saddle Ranch but that's touristy.

A friend told us about this bar and we went to go check it out on a Friday night. There was a five dollar cover charge to enter the bar, but I get the feeling that if we were younger or ā€œhotterā€ we might have gotten in for free. There was no line and the place was not even full. The decor looked interesting and our friend said the drinks were good so we paid the five dollars each and went in.

The decor was great. It made you want to wander around and explore every corner. I’m gonna guess that the stripper pole that was at one end of the room is not normally there. There were performances at certain points that we got to watch.

There was also a room that had a tattoo artist doing tattoos. Again, it felt like that was specifically for this event, but I don’t know if it is. They were packing up and leaving when we entered, so we got to explore that room once they were gone. Since the place was really too loud for us to hear each other, going into that room helped to reduce noise to a point where we can talk to each other.

The bartender took a long time to get to us, and we actually thought that maybe we were standing in the wrong area. Maybe they were not serving at this end of the bar. Once he got to us, though, he seemed friendly enough and efficient.

This was by far my favourite bar while traveling through Hollywood and could say one the coolest bars I’ve ever been to. From its old western ambience to its friendly staff ( shoutout to Marty ) I came to the bar solo but felt at ease as soon as I stepped inside.
First night I visited it was a very cool movie night showing warm bodies on a projector with free popcorn and mulled cider!
I was invited back the next night for an event which was an amazing experience in itself! Transported to a different universe engaging with Entertaining characters, fascinating stalls and funny stories with friendly people. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
