Truly wonderful restaurant to eat at when you’re in the area for a game/convention/stay. It was our second time dining at Savoca and we had the pleasure of being served by Farouk. He provided quality service and gave recommendations. He service was timely and we got our food and drinks quickly, although the restaurant was busy, as it was AX weekend. I highly recommend coming to Savoca for dinner, and trying the bolognese and lemon chicken as they’re both our favorites.
Initial impressions weren’t the best with the pricing and what I thought initially was a small portion size. Boy was I wrong, I was greeted with one of the better tasting pastas in that downtown LA area especially with the stiff Italian food competition in the area and a portion size that turned out to be just right for dinner to keep me satisfied while not being overly filling that’ll leave you bloated. The environment is also gorgeous located inside of the beautiful JW Marriott...
The good and service are great! I ate the New York steak and it is absolutely flavorful. I went at 9:00 PM and the billboard lights were a bit too bright but overall it was amazing!
