The front lady, Yesenia, was extremely kind. She was very cheerful and served me with care. The food is good! Service and good makes this place 10/10!

I took a chance and ordered a cheese pizza. They claim to offer NY style pizza. Not even close! Thick dough. Skimpy cheese. Terrible customer service. Unless you speak spanish. Supposedly an Italian restaurant, 🤔

I have been going to the Crenshaw mall for years but their worker at Sbarros Yessica is so rude she made me leave as she wanted to charge me each thing separately instead of charging me for one combo. Before me, there was another lady ordering and she began arguing with her too for no reason. I had seen her previously being rude to other people and today it happened to me too. Please watch who you hire because people like her scare customers away.
