I ordered a large supreme pizza to-go. It was ready shortly after I arrived. I thought the pizza was great and tasted fresh. The employees were nice. Not sure what all the hate is about, I had a great experience here.

I ordered for meatballs but the counter lady didn't mention it was pork which is restricted for me. They should mention on the board what kind of meat they are using such as ( beef/chicken/pork)... really shocked!!!! 😯 Even though, for the dine in order they didn't gave me any fork spoons or napkins 😞 I never recommend anybody to be there.

Sbarro is supposedly trying to make a comeback, but it’s not working. I had the most disgusting pizza ever at the the 7th and Fig location. I have tasted better pizza purchased frozen from the supermarket. I purchased a lunch combo, and got a slice of pizza along with a salad and soda. Firstly, the pizza was cold and slimy. I can’t even describe how cheap the crust was. It had no substance to it at all. It was strictly air. The pizza sauce was unbelievably cheap tasting. I got a Cesar Salad and the croutons were stale. The soda was the only thing that tasted decent. As I was paying for my order, the cashier kept looking at the screen hard to see if I left a tip. I did not. A tip for some of the nastiest food I’ve ever eaten never. This is no exaggeration.
Went for a quick shopping trip during lunch time and happened to arrive right when the pizzas came out fresh. Alfonso was very helpful and nice. Great service for holding it down what appeared to be by himself during the visit.

The guy in the evening was very… not exactly rude, but didn’t make eye contact and wasn’t at all welcoming. I was tempted to cancel my order and walk away. The prices here are too high to get service this low.

Was excited to get a slice of sbarro since I hadn’t had one in ages. However when I went to the Figat7th location tonight. I received really rude service when I didn’t want to pay for a combo since I just only wanted a slice of Hawaiian pizza. I got my slice of pizza only to find it very cold and not even fully warmed up. honestly I am very disappointed in the service and quality of food I got here tonight. And wouldn’t go to this location again.
