This company's sale rep Annie Tam, they used my store name to purchase and billed for products that I did not order. I found out after it already paid. Annie said she would refund the money, this is in april of 2023. it has been over nine months and it's still not done. Her boss is Kon, she knows about this but she would not do anything. This company is a liar and a thief. total products was charged is over $15000. now jan 24, I only get back $11000.Do not deal with this company and Annie Tam. She is a liar and thief.
