The galbi and the hot stone bibimbap were really good, but probably the worst sundubu I’ve ever had. Totally not worth the price.

The food was delicious but.... We got bowel issues IMMEDIATELY after the meal so something clearly was not right. Shame but we won't be returning.

Too loud, food got both of us very sick last night and this morning (I should have read the other reviews before coming).
They never came to check on us and couldn’t get us out the door fast enough.
What a shame too - because the food tasted pretty good.

I stayed at my friend’s place for five days while I was in LA. On the last day, I wanted to repay them a bit with a meal. It was a nice Korean place. I knew they wouldn’t let me pay, so I slipped out in the middle of the meal, gave my card to the waiter, and paid. I really thanked him for going along with it. The place was packed by noon. I can see why it’s popular.

We like coming here for the tofu soup mostly.
The combo is a choice of main dish with the tofu soup of your choice.
Galbi and tendon tofu soup was about $38. It is in the higher side price wise.
The Galbi was sweet savory and grilled to perfection.
The tendon tofu soup was a good choice as well.

The food was a bit overpriced for the portions and the meat marinades seemed unpleasantly sweet. Service and atmosphere were excellent.

I’ve been here twoish times…. Service is a bit too slow…. I think servers here are constantly understaffed or weary. Definitely affects the dining experience. Food is great though.

Soondubu soup came with lots of meat and seafood, generous portions of banchan, great service. 2 hr free parking in the lot outside.

Very tasty and consistent Korean food. So many different flavors with all the little appetizer dishes! Friendly staff and vibe. Great value, I could share a meal.

We always try to get there before the line shows up, 5:30ish. Sneak in, split the combo between two people and really dig into the various sides (fish skin, kimchi, broccoli, etc.) that come up with the soup and entree.
Staff is always on point and delightful

This place has been around for a while. Food quality is stably good. I won’t say it’s ktown level good but one of the best you can get in west LA. Bibimbap + tofu soup is a great value combo that’s large enough for me as 2 meals.
