Nice medium sized venue, no stage, acoustics are good. Small parking next to venue maybe fits 15 cars they also valet.

We just had our Holiday Party last night. Sepan Banquet Hall/Vivaldi Venues is beyond excellence, from the place, ambience, service and food. Your money it’s all worth it for 15 appetizers, 8 main dishes and unlimited drinks for a reasonable price. They provide the table cloth, napkins, silverware, red carpet . Arthur was very accommodating to our last minute request. A shout out to our servers who made sure that all our needs were met all through out the party. The lighting, chandelier, projector were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place for any kind of event.
Hands down best place to have an awesome event. The staff was awesome, the food was amazing, flavorful and its a variety for everyone weather you are vegan, vegetarian or just love meats. Kaiser had our holiday party here and they worked with us on everything so our event was a grand one. We even got to take our leftovers home because they give you so much food. Don't miss out. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Let me start with the manger, absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first formal party, and I had no clue where to start. I only have 1 daughter and we were having her sweet 16/Quinceanera birthday to combine her cultures. The manger was very helpful and made the process so easy and the price was amazing. I thought it was going to be 2 to 3 times the amount, but Sepan Hall is very affordable. Everything I needed was included in the price, the hall, tables, chairs, food, wait staff everything I needed. I was very nervous, and the manger was very reassuring to me that my daughter's special day would be perfect, and it was. all of the halls there are beautiful. We were in the large hall, and it was gorgeous and immaculate, it sparkled and shined. The wait staff were wonderful and very helpful. All my guest were very complimentary about the staff, the food and the hall. Now the food, oh my god it was so delicious, and my guest were stuffed there was so much food. It was Mediterranean and it was delicious and for the price there was so much I luckily brought some to go containers for my guest and they had plenty to take home and were full from all the food too. If I need to host another formal party, I would defiantly go back and recommend to all my friends as well. If you choose Sepan Hall you will be very happy. Thank you to the management and all the staff for making my daughters day so very special, she loved it.

Worst place, there is no parking and a lot of people put on their bows and mistreat my work staff.We serve a DJ event and my staff was treated with kicks, keep that in mind, somewhere else it will be reported so that people realize that it is a garbage place
