Some of the best PIZZA I’ve had, a must try, light, clean and rich. Excellent atmosphere and service. Brenda our server was fantastic and really did a great job helping us navigate our menu selections. Will hope to return soon.

Best New restaurant in DTLA! Eat at the bar, or out on the patio. live jazz during the week and excellent food, drinks and service. Luciano is brilliant, if you're lucky enough to be there when he's in the house. Best waiter: Leon. He knows his stuff and will take great care of you. Have the sliders and the mushroom sausage pizza!

Lovely place, awesome bread and good service. I am Italian and I was in LA for a week… this place ended up being the perfect spot for my brunch. I would definitely recommend!

The Atmosphere is good, pretty nice concept but the food was made with no love, I expect a good pizza but has been the wost that I have tried in LA, the canelons also dry and beef has a strong flavor, defenitely they should improve.
In the reservation I mentioned it was for birthday, howevervwe never receive even a candle for put on the pizza 😒
Also need to to go ask for the check because during 10 min nobody went to the table to check up. I definitely wouldn't go back.
Please change the chef and make the food with love.

Great food, nice setting. Loved the margherita pizza I had and others also enjoyed their meals. Server Elisa was amazing, very attentive and sweet!

I ended up here with a group of 8 for a friend’s birthday dinner on a Saturday night.
Drinks came out quick, food not so quick. 1hr and 15 minutes later we finally received our meals. Completely unacceptable. They also forgot to put in one of our friend’s orders in and he had to wait 20 minutes more for his meal to come out while we all ate. Our waitress said oh yes, it’s coming out soon. If you forget, please own up to your mistakes I know it’s not the waitress‘s fault (or at least I hope it wasn’t) either way, come on man.
Food came out cold and tasted average
I ordered pizza and risotto & to make things worse I was stuck with a $120 bill. Yes the atmosphere is nice but we all felt like this restaurant was a bad choice. Better off going to Olive Garden

Was told there was a menu change and no more bottomless mimosas. We ordered a $60 prosecco bottle instead. Noticed others around us getting carafe of mimosas and aperol spritz. Ordered another bottle, and the server said nothing. Come to find out when we leave, it's still on the menu. Could have said something when we ordered more. All they gave us as a sorry was 1 bottomless mimosa next visit- $19. We spent over $400 there.

The decor is beautiful, food was just ok. Certainly not worth waiting an hr and 15mins to receive our entrees. The service is the worst I've seen in a long time.
To start we were seated outside at a table on the grass that was slanted (the lemon from our calamari literally rolled down the table). Normally restaurants with outdoor seating have heat lamps and Settecento does, but not for everyone. I asked our server if it was possible to have a heat lamp brought near our table and she joked about drinking for warmth before saying we'd have to wait until a nearby table left. We preceeded to watch that table leave and the lamp go to a party that just arrived. Finally when another table left I asked a passing server if we could get their lamp.
Our server only came to the table 3x during the 2hrs we were there. Empty drink glasses were never cleared, new plates weren't brought for entrees, and no reassurances were made that the food was on the way. She didn't even ask if we wanted to see the dessert menu. All of these are little things that could've made a big difference in experience.
To top it off we had to flag her down to pay the bill so we could finally get out of there. Safe to say we will not be dining here again.

Kind of surprising how terrible this place was. The inside is very beautiful but they sat us outside in “the garden” after we had a reservation for inside. It took 1.5 hours to get our food and our waitress came to our table twice in that time. It was about 55 degrees outside and not enough heat lamps for everyone. Service was beyond terrible. Our waitress hardly spoke to us and didn’t come to our table very often which was strange. Food was pretty mediocre. We got pizza, pasta, calamari and drinks. The drinks were the best part of the entire experience. Definitely don’t take a date or loved ones here. You’ll be disappointed. This experience ruined our entire LA night.
Wheelchair accessibility: It not very accessible especially the outside garden area which seemed pretty makeshift. We squeezed through rails and headlamps to get to our table.

I’ve been here twice this week and absolutely loved it. The food is incredible, very on point Italian. The wine list is great. The service is amazing. Stefan was our server and he was so awesome and made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m so happy a new great Italian restaurant is in DTLA! Let’s all keep going here and keep it around! 🙌

Settecento is my new favorite DTLA dining experience. Great food, people talking [not too loudly], cozy atmosphere, feel good when I'm there.
But the very best experience was meeting Leon S, our server! He helped make a change in my already superb entree; he was present and attentive. Quite the gentleman.

Looks nice but was probably some of the worst Italian food I've had. Not bad quality but tasteless, not well cooked and looked like it came from the microwave. The bar is pleasant and I'm sure it's nice to sit on during the day.
