I ordered brisket and the first plate was juicy, tender, and very good. When I ordered another round, I asked for the same meat and was told it was still brisket. While the staff went to the kitchen, I overheard the chef saying that this part was already gone. When the second plate arrived, it was clearly not the same .it was extremely dry, tough, and had almost no fat. If the brisket I ordered was no longer available, I should have been informed so I could order a different cut instead. I felt misled and disappointed.

I went there on Monday night. This has been my regular restaurant, and I usually dine here 2–4 times a month. The food is always delicious and definitely worth the price.
However, during my most recent visit, many items were sold out, and the service was disappointingly slow, even though there were only two tables of customers. The staff moved very slowly, didn’t smile, and many menu items were unavailable but no one informed us ahead of time. We only found out when we tried to order.
The staff waited for us to finish the food on our table before taking our next order. We couldn’t even call them because they disappeared into the back of the restaurant. When they finally came to take the order, they just handed us a paper to write it down ourselves and then took a long time to come back for it. This made the waiting time very long and the whole meal felt disconnected.
In summary, the food is great as always, but the problem is definitely the staff.
I also want to mention that I normally tip very generously around 25–30% every time I come. But this time was extremely disappointing, so leave the minimum tip.
Hope this feedback its gonna helps to make the service better

A month ago, I went for the first time to this restaurant, service was great the lady helped me and all, now, I went yesterday again 7/7/2025. I was very happy to ho but unfortunately service was terrible this time. The lady that was there took 15 mun to acknowledge us. When we order food she took a long time to give us the soup that we had order, so she gave us the soup and this soup is suppose to come with meat that we had already order!!! So we waited another 30 min for the meat and when she gave us the meat she only gave us 1 order of what was order and at that point we had almost finish with the soup!! So all in all we ate vegetable soup and when I confronted the late why it was taking too long she got annoyed!! What the hello i am paying for food!!! Very bad service the lady was concentrated on only serving 1 table!!! I will never in my life go there!!! Horrible Horrible service

I've been coming here for years. It's my favorite Shabu Shabu spot. It's changed a lot over the years, but the food is still fantastic. Get the Tom Yum soup! So good!

Nope. Do not go there. I read the reviews before going and the “not so good” ones were about the service. What about the food???!! The food was terrible. Sushi was bitter and we sent it back. I am scared I will be sick from it. Soup bases not good. Very small noodle and veggie bar. You can have only one dessert for person and 2 of them weren’t available. Got the lava cake and it wasn’t good or even warm. I don’t understand how there aren’t recent reviews about the quality of the food. And 15% service fee is ridiculous. Starting July 2024 it will become illegal to do so.
Please go eat somewhere else!

Good food, good price but the service is bad, they charge you 15% of a tip so they don't mind serving you

Extremely disappointed! Had extremely high hopes for this place, since both the food and experience was pretty lovely when I realized they charged us for 5 people when there was only 4 people not only this but we tipped 20+ above from the already required 15%. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service!

Can’t attest to the food but the service was horrible. We waited to be seated as it stated as soon as you come in, most tables were full but guests were already eating so we sat there for 10-15 minutes waiting to be greeted and neither of the servers came to our table. They kept going to all other tables near by but didn’t even bat an eye at us. So we ended up leaving as our business was clearly not wanted. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone else based on service alone.

Went with a group of 8. Was kinda confusing for the start. I hoped they would’ve simplified or found a better way to serve a large group. To be fair we were kinda all over the place.

The taste of the food was good for the price. The only issue is the self serve toppings bar . The issue is it's the same tongs for the items and there was what I believe to be some sort of raw chicken at the bar .. I understand you cook it so it "kills off whatever cross contamination bacteria", but my partner and I had bad food poisoning that same night . (That was all we had that day so we believe it to have been from here) . Also it was our first time and we didn't know nor did they explain to us where and how it worked . Another group of people showed up and the attention towards them being new was a lot more different .. Just seemed kind of stereotypical.. without trying to sound rude. They asked them if it was there first time and they explained everything to them, but when we asked something and got an attitude answer like we should've known how it worked it just killed the mood.. Even then after that we said it was our first time and we still didn't get additional instructions and had to ask another question...
